Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Polish Post (Poczta Polska) as registered mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is tracked and secure throughout its journey.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Europe: 5-9 business days (2 days processing + 3-7 days shipping)
  • North America (USA/Canada): 7-14 business days (2 days processing + 5-12 days shipping)
  • Other destinations: 7-21 business days (2 days processing + 5-19 days shipping)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing and local postal service conditions. International shipments may occasionally take longer during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

Tracking Your Order

Signature Required

As registered mail, all packages require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available to receive your package, the postal service will leave a notice for pickup at your local post office.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery or customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds

Original Artwork - Limited Return Policy

Our products are original, hand-painted watercolor illustrations sold as collectible art pieces. Due to the unique nature of original artwork and to protect against misuse (such as temporary display or exhibition followed by return), we maintain a strict return policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or subjective reasons such as color differences from screen display.

All artworks are carefully photographed, inspected, and packaged before shipping. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product images and description, and understand the final sale nature of original art.

Condition Requirements (EU Customers)

While EU law provides for a 14-day return period for distance sales, returned items must be in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show any signs of:

  • Display, hanging, or mounting (pin holes, tape marks, frame marks)
  • Handling marks, fingerprints, or creases
  • Removal from original protective packaging
  • Any use, exhibition, or public display
  • Damage caused after delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing:

  • The damaged item
  • The original packaging
  • Any shipping damage to the box

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is our quality guarantee.

Non-EU Customers (USA, International)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for international orders outside the EU, except for items damaged in shipping or manufacturing defects (as described above).

How to Request a Return
